How far in advance should I book my bridal hair and makeup?We recommend securing your date as soon as possible — ideally 8-12 months in advance. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.

Do you offer both hair and makeup services for the bridal party?Yes! We offer both hair and makeup for the bride, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, flower girls, and guests. You can book as a complete package or tailor services based on your needs.

Is a bridal trial included or required?Bridal trials are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended for peace of mind. During the trial, we design and test your perfect bridal look, so you feel confident and relaxed on the big day.

How long does it take per person on the wedding day?Typically, we allow 45–60 minutes per service, per person. We create a full run sheet/timeline to keep everything smooth and stress-free.

Can you travel to my location?Yes! We are a mobile team and can travel to your wedding venue, home, or accommodation. Travel fees may apply depending on distance. We service the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Scenic Rim and also International locations.

How do I secure my booking?Once you're ready to lock in your date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Your booking is confirmed once both are received.

Do you offer touch-ups or stay for the ceremony/photos?Yes! We offer pre-ceremony touch-ups complementary and additional hourly coverage if you'd like us to stay for photos or a second look before the reception.

What happens if someone wants to add on last minute?We do our best to accommodate last-minute additions. Please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the timeline or bring an additional artist if needed.

What’s included in an event hair and makeup appointment?Each appointment includes a skin prep, a full makeup application tailored to your features and occasion, and your chosen hair styling (waves, updo, sleek pony, etc.). Lashes are included if desired.

Can I show you inspiration photos?Absolutely! We love when clients bring references so we can tailor the look to your personal style, face shape, and outfit.

How long does the appointment take?Please allow around 1.5 - 2 hours for hair and makeup combined and 45 - 1 hour for single services. Timing may vary depending on the style and complexity of your look.

Do you offer in-studio and mobile servicesYes! You can come to our studio for your appointment or request a mobile service for convenience. Travel fees may apply for certain locations.

What products do you use? Are they long-wearing?We use professional, high-end products designed for long wear and photography — including Estée Lauder Double Wear and Urban Decay All Nighter spray. Your look will last all day (and night!).
